Welcome to The Kindness Club: our little lab where we experiment with ways to grow and unleash the kindness that’s inside us all. Think of it as your go-to spot to recharge, get inspired and feel joy, so you have more positive vibes to share with those around you.

Because the world need our kindness. Simple as that! And the more positive vibes you’ve got, the more you can pass on to others.

Studies have shown that witnessing an act of kindness inspires observers to act kindly themselves, creating a ripple effect. This is linked to the brain’s mirror neurons, which encourage us to mimic positive behaviours we observe in others.
Engaging in kind acts decreases levels of cortisol, the stress hormone. It also increases oxytocin, often called the “love hormone,” which helps lower blood pressure and promotes heart health. Kindness literally makes your heart healthier!
Acts of kindness trigger the release of endorphins, the brain's natural painkillers, and serotonin, which helps regulate mood. This phenomenon, known as the “helper’s high,” makes both the giver and receiver feel happier and more fulfilled.

You are invited to a special moment of connection, reflection, and movement with Kintobe and Clara Svane.
We’re kicking off our Kindness Club with a loving-kindness (Metta) meditation——a gentle and heart-opening practice that invites us to send love, compassion, and well-wishes to ourselves, our loved ones, and the world around us.
Because the world needs our kindness. Simple as that. And the more positive vibes you have, the more you can pass on to others.
Through simple yet powerful words of kindness, we nurture a sense of belonging, warmth, and deep connection. No prior meditation experience is needed—just an open heart❤️
From our meditation, we’ll flow into a yoga session, a practice designed for every body and every level. Through mindful movement and breath, we’ll tune in, soften, and celebrate the body in a way that feels natural and supportive.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this session is here to meet you exactly where you are.
Clara Svane is a compassionate and dedicated yoga teacher, with Danish and Nigerian roots.
For the past 3 years she’s been splitting her time between the tranquil paradise of Puerto Viejo on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica and the vibrant city of Copenhagen, Denmark, drawing inspiration from both of these unique environments.
With a deep passion for holistic living and well-being, Clara has dedicated herself to guiding others on their yoga journey, fostering a sense of peace, balance, and inner strength.
Her teaching style is inclusive and nurturing, reflecting her commitment to making yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or experience level.
